3. Type in his new name and hit OK. And be creative – don’t just use your own name!

1. Update the game to the latest version.
2. Start the game and go to Settings.
3. Make sure the Connect To Google Play option is ticked and your internet connection is turned on. (Please note that the Google Play connection won’t be available for our younger players, as part of our protections).
4. Your progress will now be automatically saved and can be restored on multiple devices. Done!

If you were connected to your Google Play Games account in the game’s settings and your internet connection was turned on before the game was deleted, then it should have been saved automatically. Go ahead and reinstall the game and connect it to Google Play Games. If the pop-up window opens, click on it to restore your progress. Unfortunately, if you weren’t connected to Google Play Games, it won't be possible to transfer the game state.

As long as you can connect to Google Play, then transferring the game state is a breeze! Just follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re running the latest version of the game on your old device.
2. Open My Talking Tom on your old device and tap the level indicator (in the upper left corner of the screen).
3.Open Game Options (the icon’s in the bottom right corner).
4. Select Settings and choose the Connect to Google Play option. (Please note: Because we want to protect our younger users, this connection won’t be available to them).
5. Download the latest version of the game on your new device and repeat what you just did using the same user account as your old device.
6. After playing for a little while on your new device, you’ll be asked whether you want to continue to the new game or load the old one. Choose the old one and carry on with the fun!
